Shereé Parker has a Master’s in Human Services from Lincoln University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in African American Studies from Millersville University. She is currently working on her Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.
She is also a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Trauma Professional, Certified Nurtured Heart Approach Trainer, a Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, a Published Author Of Three Books, as well as, a member of the Building Bridges Initiative as a Leader of Color.
She has also worked in a variety of settings including school districts, residential settings, and social service organizations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a mission driven
leader with over 20 years of experience in children and family services. She brings extensive knowledge and expertise in organizational planning, policy development, and evidenced-based practice and implementation.
Ms. Parker has been a part of FMKCYS since June 2019. Prior to her current role, she served as FMKCYS Executive Director of Emergency Shelter Services and Group Home Programs. In her current role as the Chief Operating Officer, she is responsible for contracts, human resources, fiscal, training, strategic planning, and the daily operation and oversight of all programs. She is committed to the mission of ensuring that all children at FMKCYS receive quality services, care, and support.
